Recipes For Weight Loss: Stir Fry Shirataki Prawn Noodles Topped With Honey Glazed Spicy Salmon

Updated: Mar 3, 2022

Here's an amazing yet quick stir fry shirataki prawn noodles recipe, topped with some honey glazed, spicy salmon. Guys, you're going to love it - it's oozing with flavour a perfect for seafood lovers. I used shirataki noodles which I discovered on my weight loss journey.

Shirataki noodles have been conned "miracle" noodles due to their very low-calorie content. This is due to the fact that they are mostly made up of water, 97% to be precise. They are made with glucomannan, a viscous fibre found in konjac plant root, which is super absorbent. Research states they work well for people trying to reduce their calorie intake, lose and/ or manage their weight and control their blood sugar.

Feel free to use any noodles in this recipe. If you are new to shirataki noodles, please see a registered nutritionist or dietician before introducing it into your diet, should you want to try it!

Here's the recipe video I did including them. Yum!
